Painted guitar

This piece was created when I was 15 years old, painted directly onto my guitar. It is a deeply symbolic work that gathers the elements that have defined my creative universe since a very young age and that remain present in my art today.

Every detail carries intention. The map of Antarctica, a recurring element in my paintings, represents inner exploration and unknown territories. The musical potions evoke the transformative power of sound and creation. Spirituality intertwines with plants and seeds as symbols of growth, origin, and regeneration.

Temples devoted to love appear as sacred spaces of connection and sensitivity. The orange gladiolus, my mother’s favorite flower, brings an intimate and personal dimension to the composition. The sea holds a central presence, reflecting my deep bond with the coast where I was born. It is memory, identity, and constant movement.

The sea turtle symbolizes my sister, embodying protection, wisdom, and endurance. Keys and maritime symbols suggest access to inner worlds, emotional gateways, and unseen routes.

This work is not only an early painting. It is a declaration of identity. It marks the conscious beginning of a visual language that has evolved over time while remaining faithful to its roots.
