The Buffalo in Bloom

This is a painting already sold, yet one of my most cherished works: The Buffalo in Bloom. It represents the European buffalo that once inhabited much of the continent and was exterminated for various reasons, including wars and changes to its habitat. Thanks to ongoing efforts of conservation and cultural remembrance, it is becoming increasingly possible to once again appreciate this majestic animal, deeply rooted in the earliest expressions of European culture.
